Why a Culture of Gentleness?

Karen Bojczuk is the Director of Culture and Staffed Living and The HOME Society in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. She has been in the field of supporting children and adults with diversabilities for almost 25 years. She has taken formal Leadership training at The Justice Institute of British Columbia as well as completed the Human Services Leadership Development Program with Eclipse College.

Karen has done several presentations at the Gentle Teaching International conferences as well as training at the school district for teachers and educational assistants and helping parents navigate “the system”. Karen is also a mom of two sons ages 19 and 22.
